SEO improves a website’s organic discoverability in search engines. It combines technical accessibility, search intent, useful content, internal linking, structured data and reliable measurement.

GEO means generative engine optimization. It organizes information so people and AI-assisted search experiences can understand entities, services, sources and relationships more clearly. There is no special tag that guarantees a citation. An indexable technical foundation and genuinely helpful, trustworthy content remain the basis.

Our honest commitment

We commit to a defined scope of work, clear priorities and transparent reporting. Search engines and AI platforms decide which pages they crawl, index, rank, display or cite. HK-Build therefore gives no ranking guarantee, no AI-citation guarantee and no invented performance numbers.

Instead, you can see the baseline, completed actions, technical changes, search queries and agreed conversion signals—as far as approved data sources make them available.

Every country and language needs its own decision

Available worldwide means that we work remotely from Germany and support the countries, regions and languages named in your proposal. It does not mean publishing the same page everywhere without validation.

We assess how people search in the selected target market, which language they use and which page formats match the actual results. Translation alone is not market research.

2. Technical language signals

Canonical URLs, hreflang, sitemaps, indexability, mobile rendering, performance and structured data are aligned with the real country and language architecture. We avoid speculative doorway pages.

We discuss your website, offer, possible countries or regions, languages and goals. The call checks fit and rough scope; it is not the detailed paid analysis.

2. Baseline & 90-day plan

We review technical health, content, the competitive landscape and measurement readiness. The result is a prioritized baseline for the agreed market rather than a generic checklist.

3. Priority-led implementation

Technical issues, page formats, content, internal links and structured data are handled in sequence. Larger development or translation tasks are scoped before work starts.

4. Measure, learn, report

We review available search, website and conversion data, explain changes and set the next priority. Sustainable progress matters more than an isolated snapshot.

What does available worldwide mean?

We work remotely from Germany and support the countries, regions and languages agreed in the proposal. Each target market receives its own search-intent, competitor and content assessment. Worldwide does not mean rolling out one unchanged page or campaign everywhere.

What is the difference between SEO and GEO?

SEO improves organic discoverability in search engines. GEO makes content clear, evidence-led and machine-readable for AI-assisted search experiences. The technical and content foundations overlap; there is no special AI markup that guarantees inclusion.

Do you guarantee rankings or citations in AI-generated answers?

No. We improve the technical foundation, content, structure and measurement. Google and AI-assisted search platforms decide whether, when and where a page is shown or cited. We therefore commit to defined work and transparent reporting, not fixed positions. There is no ranking guarantee.

What is free, and what does the €490 fee cover?

The initial fit-and-scope call is free. The start analysis, from €490 excl. VAT, is the detailed technical, content and market review with an action plan. It is included for the agreed scope in the 12-month option and charged separately in the flexible option.

How quickly will results appear?

A fixed timeline would be misleading. The baseline, competition, implementation, content, demand and reprocessing by search systems all affect progress. We record starting values, completed work and the changes visible in approved data sources.

Which access permissions are required?

Depending on scope, we need approved access to the website, Google Search Console, web analytics and possibly the Google Business Profile. Permissions are agreed in advance; accounts and data remain yours. External profile changes only happen after approval.
