One campaign is not a universal worldwide plan

People search differently across countries, regions and languages. For every active target market, we define its own queries, exclusions, ads, locations, schedule and budget limits. A market only launches after scope, landing page and measurement are agreed.

Google Ads can address existing search demand, but delivery depends on ad review, the query, auction, bids, budget, competition and quality. No agency can responsibly promise a specific position or continuous visibility.

Ads and SEO serve different jobs

SEO & GEO develops organic discoverability and useful content over time. Google Ads does not buy organic rankings; it enters ad auctions with a controlled media budget. The channels can support each other, while their scope, costs and measurement stay separate.

You pay HK-Build for setup and management. Media spend is not part of our fee and is billed directly to Google in your own account.

What each active target market receives

The proposal defines the exact scope. This structure prevents countries, languages and budgets from being blended without control.

Market & query plan

We map products or services to relevant search intent, review regional demand and exclude searches that do not match the offer. Additional markets are never activated automatically.

Ads & landing pages

Ad copy, assets and destination pages need to align in language, offer and expectation. New landing pages and translations are included only when the written proposal says so.

Budget & bidding logic

Every market receives a clear budget boundary. We optimize within the agreed framework; we do not raise budgets or broaden targeting without authorization.

Conversion measurement

Forms, calls or other agreed actions can be measured as conversions. Consent, technical feasibility and data quality are reviewed before the numbers are treated as meaningful.

Lead quality

A conversion is not automatically a qualified lead. Qualification requires clear criteria or feedback from CRM and sales. Without that loop, we report the measurable action accurately.

Transparent reporting

We explain queries, costs, measured actions and changes on the agreed schedule. Missing or immature data is labelled as such rather than filled with assumptions.

From setup to ongoing optimization

Account & billing

The advertiser owns the account. Billing profile, payment method and media spend stay under your control; HK-Build receives only agreed access.

Tracking plan

We define meaningful actions, review tagging and consent requirements, and document which data is available. External tracking tools require explicit scope.

Search-term maintenance

Queries, exclusions, ads and targeting are reviewed regularly. Changes follow available evidence and business logic, not indiscriminate automation.

Budget control

Spend and pacing are monitored for each market. Google can distribute daily spend; the agreed account and campaign boundaries remain the control point.

Tests with limits

Ad variants and landing-page hypotheses can be tested when enough data exists. A test is a learning method, not a promise of higher revenue.

Business alignment

Changes in availability, delivery areas, offers or sales capacity feed into campaign decisions, keeping paid demand connected to operational reality.

Management, setup and media spend at a glance

A controlled path from discovery to optimization

1. Define goals and market

We discuss the offer, region, language, likely search demand, sales capacity and desired actions. Without a suitable destination or measurable goal, we do not recommend launching blindly.

2. Build structure and measurement

After approval, we configure the agreed launch scope and review ads, policy requirements, destination pages and conversion signals. Missing prerequisites are named before launch.

3. Review and launch

A campaign can start once the account, tracking and ads pass the required checks. Timing and delivery also depend on platform review and the auction.

4. Evaluate and improve

We analyze queries, costs, conversions and—where available—quality feedback. That informs exclusions, ad adjustments, approved budget shifts and new tests.

Optimization is manageable; outcomes are not guaranteed

Harun Kazanli, founder and developer at HK-Build in Ingolstadt, is responsible for this offer. This page was professionally updated on 18 July 2026. Account, ad and measurement decisions refer to public guidance in the Google Ads Help Center. Platform policy, auctions and features can change and are reviewed again before launch.

There is no performance guarantee for ad position, leads, revenue or ROAS. We can manage structure, measurement, queries, ads and budget controls. Demand, competition, the offer, website, platform approval and sales process also influence outcomes.

Google Ads without hidden assumptions

Will our ads be visible immediately?

A campaign can start once the account, tracking and ads have passed the required checks. Actual delivery depends on approval, search demand, the auction, budget, bids and quality. We do not guarantee a particular position or continuous delivery.

Do you guarantee leads or ROAS?

No. We optimize campaigns toward agreed conversion goals. Forms and calls can be measured as conversions; a lead is only classed as qualified when agreed criteria or CRM and sales feedback confirm it. Lead volume, revenue and ROAS also depend on the offer, market, website, budget and sales process.

What do we pay HK-Build, and what do we pay Google?

HK-Build charges for setup and ongoing management. You pay the media budget directly to Google through your own Ads account. Landing pages, translations, external tools and additional target markets are included only when listed in the written proposal.

What counts as a conversion?

Depending on the business model, we measure agreed actions such as submitted forms or calls. A contact is only treated as qualified when clear criteria or a CRM and sales feedback loop are available. Without that loop, it remains a measured conversion.

How are multiple countries and languages separated?

Each active target market receives separate targeting, queries, ads, landing pages and budget limits as defined in the proposal. This makes demand, costs and measured outcomes easier to compare without blending markets.

Who owns the account and data?

You own the Google Ads account, billing profile and campaign data. HK-Build receives only the access required for the agreed scope. You continue paying media spend directly to Google.

Is a landing page included?

Only when the written proposal lists it. We review existing destination pages and scope new landing pages, translations, tracking tools or development work transparently before launch.
