From first contact to follow-up

We start with one clearly defined bottleneck. The outcome, boundaries and responsibilities are agreed in writing before delivery.

1. Define the bottleneck

We identify where time is being lost and what result the first step should deliver.

2. Deliver the process

We connect the agreed work into a controlled process. The detailed logic remains part of project delivery.

3. Keep control

Critical decisions remain human. You receive clear ownership and a traceable status.

Win more enquiries. Spend less time on admin.

The right first workflow follows your industry's real bottleneck, not a particular tool. These examples show where websites, visibility and controlled automation can work together.

Trades, Construction & Building Services

Websites, local visibility and ads attract suitable projects. Enquiries, quote drafts, variations, site documentation and reminders are prepared in a structured process.

Tax Firms & Professional Practices

Websites and careers pages attract clients and skilled staff. Onboarding, document requests, inbox triage, appointments and deadline reminders are prepared; professional decisions stay with your team.

Property & Real Estate Management

Present properties and services convincingly. Tenant enquiries, damage reports, contractor coordination and reporting are brought into one traceable process.

Hotels, Hospitality & Tourism

Support direct bookings, events and recruitment. Enquiries, confirmations, review requests and recurring administrative work are connected.

Logistics, Transport & Field Service

Reach B2B customers and drivers. Status updates, documents, handovers, appointments and customer communication follow one clear process.

Service Businesses & SMEs

Not listed? We review one recurring process from enquiry to follow-up and tell you plainly whether automation makes sense for your business.

AI automation, clearly explained

What is an automation workflow?

An automation workflow handles recurring office work within a clearly agreed framework. The detailed steps and rules are developed for each project and are not published as a generic recipe.

Which systems can be connected?

We review whether existing website, communication or industry systems can be connected during the automation check. The technical design is provided only to project clients within the agreed scope.

Does the AI send binding quotes or payments by itself?

No. Binding quotes, payments, budget changes and other critical steps require the agreed human approval.

Which additional costs can arise?

Third-party, telephone, API and advertising costs are not included in the HK-Build fee. Paid services are only used after your approval.

Is automation available internationally?

Yes. Projects can be delivered remotely for selected markets. Country-specific legal, privacy, tax and accounting requirements are reviewed separately before work begins.

Which process costs your team the most time?

Briefly describe it. We will review fit, value and a sensible first step.
