A professional business website starts at a fixed price of €1,490. All amounts below exclude VAT where applicable. The entry package includes up to four pages, up to ten client-supplied images with cropping and web optimization, mobile optimization, basic SEO setup and two rounds of revisions. Copy is supplied by the client; copywriting, photography and image licences are quoted separately. Company websites start at €3,990 and premium digital presences at €7,990. Complex digital projects typically range from €12,900 to €19,900 depending on scope. Shopify theme setup starts at €2,990, and a custom-developed online shop starts at €7,990. Final scope and price are stated in the written quote.
How long does it take for my website to go live?
Your website is usually online within 2 to 4 weeks. After the free initial consultation, we create a concept and first design draft for you to review. Once approved, we build the complete site and add your copy and images. We handle the domain, hosting and technical components agreed in the written quote. You do not have to manage technical work within that agreed scope. If your project is urgent, speak to us and we will find a faster route.
What do I need to get started?
To get started, we define the goal, audience and scope. For the entry package, you provide your logo, approved copy, up to ten selected images and legal texts. Cropping and web optimization of those images are included. Copywriting, photography and image licences are quoted separately. An existing domain or old website is no problem; migration and additional services are defined in the written quote. The initial consultation is free and non-binding by phone, WhatsApp or in person in the Ingolstadt region.
Will my website be found on Google?
Every website is built on a technically sound search foundation: performance, mobile optimization, page structure, metadata and structured data are included in the fixed price. We can connect the site to your Google Business Profile. Google decides whether and when it appears in Search or Maps; rankings are not guaranteed. Ongoing optimization is available under a separately agreed SEO and GEO scope.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We first review what can be retained and what should be rebuilt. The domain, content and existing Google listings are inventoried; redirects and migration are planned to reduce avoidable visibility risks. Nobody can guarantee completely unchanged visibility. You receive a clear fixed-price recommendation before deciding.
How much does ongoing website care cost?
Technical Care for one website built by HK-Build costs €49 excluding VAT per month. Website Care Plus, including up to 30 minutes of changes to existing content, costs €99 excluding VAT per month; Business Care, including up to 90 minutes total instead of the 30-minute Care Plus allowance and a quarterly performance and technical SEO check, costs €199 excluding VAT per month. Every plan can be cancelled at the end of the current billing month. Domain, hosting, premium licences and third-party fees are included only when agreed in writing. Externally built or technically outdated websites require a technical takeover review from €249 excluding VAT. These offers are available to business customers only.
